What we collect and why.

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, and your message) so we can respond to your inquiry about Charlotte Square. We use it for that purpose only.

Resident portal. Rent payments and maintenance requests are handled through our resident portal, operated by Rent Manager. Its own privacy policy applies to information you enter there.

Maps. Location maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps, which may set cookies according to Google's privacy policy.

No selling, ever. We do not sell or rent your personal information. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, call us at (585) 748-5588.
